This report is based on a specific arrangement of photovoltaics at your site.
1. Review Planning Policy context of proposal at local, regional and national levels. Examine opportunities for fast-track development.
2. Review any existing photovoltaics power generation planning applications that have been processed, or are currently being considered, by the Local Authority Planning Department
3. Review likely components of the environmental information documentation which will be needed to support a Planning Application.
4. For each of the areas below prepare a brief note on the likely outcome of discussions with the Planning Officer and the expected work requirement.
a) Socio-economics. Identify the need for the development – environment, Kyoto, etc.
b) Landscape and Visual Impact.
c) Archaeological Impact.
d) Construction.
e) Decommissioning.
5. Review the public consultation programme that may be appropriate.
6. Prepare a report combining the relevant information and the likely costs of preparing a planning application.
